Lead Software Developers are responsible for writing specifications, designing, developing, installing, testing and maintaining software applications.

Responsibilities

C#.NET frameworks with some VB.NET experience.
Web Related Technologies: JavaScript, Web services, SOAP, XML, MVC, ASP.NET.
Visual Studio 2008/2010 Environments.
Testing frameworks (MSTest, MUnit, Selenium) including working knowledge of unit, functional and integration testing.
SQL 2008, basic database management and development (including in depth knowledge of Structured Query Language, stored procedures, functions)
SVN/Mercurial source control.
Continuous integration using appropriate tools (i.e. CCNET)
UML (Unified Modelling Language) and experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA and OOD)
Documentation frameworks, Wiki, XML commenting, professional documentation and diagramming.
Project management tools, MS Project, Jira etc.
