Client Service Representative
Schawk, Inc. offers design, graphics production services and digital solutions that enable organisations to drive maximum value through their brands. Schawk is the world's largest and most experienced brand imaging solutions provider.
Due to an opportunity arising within our Newcastle site, we are currently looking to recruit a motivated Client Service Representative to service one of our key accounts.
Duties will include:
• Act as a first point of contact with the client
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with client
• Taking design briefs for the production of packaging artwork and repro from the client via web based systems, email and telephone
• Liaising with printers to obtain technical specifications
• Working closely with the Schawk production team to ensure they have a full and accurate brief to produce artwork and repro
• Responding to Client Queries
• Project manage the individual jobs to ensure production deadlines are met
• Prepare and supply summaries reports to the client as required.
• When required, attending conference calls and client meetings to maintain relationships and discuss any projects
• Preparation of quotations
• Management of financial aspects, supplying reports to the Schawk business and client when required
• Self motivated to prioritise the designs through the workflow to hit production schedules
This is an interesting, diverse and often demanding role. As the first point of contact with the client, excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to build a strong rapport with the client and colleagues. We require an extremely organised individual with excellent project management and administration skills who can also act calmly under pressure.
Industry experience would be an advantage.
