Nordic training manager
in the field of cosmetic and luxury


Main responsibilities:

• Prepare Nordic Training strategies and plans in collaboration with the Nordic Marketing Manager
• Plan and prepare the content of the Nordic e-learning program.
• Participate in international Training meetings (twice a year) and be an active part of a project group working on the future training plans.
• Internal “Train the trainer” concept towards sales executives.
• Responsible for preparing training materials for Sales Executives to use for in store training.
• Train and coach the Advisors in department stores across Nordic and follow up on objectives on : service standards, IPT, consulations and the correct use of our electronic customer loyalty programs.
• Develop and implement Tools for department stores and secure correct use.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of events in top doors across Nordic.
• Contribute to the development of our client skincare categories.
• Training budget planning and follow up.
• Close contact to international and global training in Geneva and New York.


Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of training/marketing experience - preferably cosmetic, luxury or lifestyle brands.
Language: Fluency in English and Danish (or Swedish or Norwegian)
IT skills : Highly PC literate (MS Office)
Some travelling should be expected.

• Dynamic, proactive, independent and flexible
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamplayer
