Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Degree in a relevant discipline (Communications/Advertising/Marketing/Business/Commerce)
• At least two (2) years of Account Management experience in an Sales and Marketing company or comparable setting
• Applicants having an experience in same field in a firm as an account executive is must needed.
• Solid understanding of agency and creative processes
• Has developed excellent communication and negotiation skills as demonstrated with the internal team and client
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Previous experience working in an integrated team environment and mentoring junior staff to develop strong succession planning
• The ability to work strategically with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Demonstrated management skills
• A proven track record of experience managing fully integrated marketing campaigns
