IAM Team is a Canadian professional services company that specializes in the architecture and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to work as part of our growing Identity and Access Management practice. The person in this role will provide IAM consulting services and hands-on implementation services to our clients.
Job Duties
• Understand clients' business and technical environment
• Identify and analyze business and technical requirements, issues, risks, and controls
• Actively participate in assessment, planning, architecture, and design activities
• Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools
• Install and configure Identity and Access management products and solutions
• Perform knowledge transfer to clients
• Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and identity and access management best practices
Experience and Skills:
• Four or more years full project lifecycle experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Solid experience and knowledge on one of the following identity and access management products: IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM), IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (ITDI), IBM Tivoli Access Manager for e-business (ITAMeB), IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM), Sun/Oracle Identity Manager, Sun/Oracle OpenSSO,
• Experience with majority of the following technologies: LDAP, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, EJB, ASP, .NET, Web Services, SAML, SPML, SOAP, XSLT, WS-Security, JDBC, Client/Server, VPN,
• Strong application development skills with the majority of the following languages and tools: Java, Java Script, C/C++, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, PL/SQL Scripts, UNIX Scripts, Visual Basic
• Good working knowledge of majority of the following middleware products: IBM DB2, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Tivoli Directory Server, Sun Directory Server, IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server/Apache, IIS, Weblogic, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Crystal Reports
• Knowledge of various operating systems including Windows, i5/OS, z/OS, HP/UX, AIX, Linux
• Experience as a member of a technical project team from planning and design to implementation.
• Ability to make technical decisions regarding assigned tasks when presented with options
• Ability to create design documents and specifications that must be communicated to the client
• Ability to troubleshoot and isolate technical issues and make appropriate changes as necessary
• Ability to evaluate basic risk management approaches
• Ability to work with clients in a professional manner
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Education and Certifications:
• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
• Tivoli Security certification in ITIM,TAMeB, and TFIM preferred
• CISSP strong plus
