B2B Telesales Accounts Executive
Meridian Delta is looking for 3 experienced, talented telesales representatives to sell its high-impact, high-quality advertising and marketing packages. The position is due to start on November 7th, 2011.
WHAT WE DO
There are over half a million small- to medium-sized businesses in the UK. Their owners are intelligent, keen to get ahead, passionate and committed to what they do. How we help them is by putting together a great advert - big headline, compelling sub-headline, great copy, the right images and a killer call to action. Then, we distribute the advert to the decision makers they want to reach by post, email and fax.

WHAT YOU DO
Sales will be in your blood. You enjoy the chase, the banter, the pressure - everything about it. You've always wanted to be the top seller and you've got real ambitions for your future.
We're looking for B2B telesales professionals. You'll have ideally worked in B2B telesales for most of the last 3-4 years. You stick with your employers - your CV isn't 3 months at this place and 5 months at that place. You know what the job takes, you stick at it until you're good at it and you want to build something.
You want to be proud of what you sell and how you sell it. It's important to you that what you are selling makes a real difference to the customer - not only because it's the right thing to do, but because you can go back and sell even more.
There are currently 30 of us at Meridian Delta. Over the next 9 months, we're looking for you to become part of a rock solid team. We hope to be able to expand to 45 by next June and 60 by next Christmas and we'll be promoting managers from within.

Working days and hours Monday to Friday, 9am til 5pm
Basic Starts at £18,000 with rises to £20,000 then £22,500 on completion of targets and consistency
Commission Account executives need to achieve £5,000 GP a month to qualify for between £75 and £2,000 per month (depending on amount generated). For account executives who qualified, the average commission payout per month during June/July/August 2011 was £982.30.
Holidays 28 days' holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays and Christmas/New Year holidays. Holidays accrue at 0.53 days per week worked.
THINK YOU COULD WORK IN B2B SALES BUT ARE LOOKING FOR A BREAK?
If you have strong experience in other types of (non-retail) sales but not B2B telesales, we're still interested in finding out more about you. We don't want job hoppers - you'll have to show you've been in other roles for a little while.
If we decide to start you, your initial basic wage will be £15,000 per annum. We will look to increase this to £18,000 within 3 months subject to hitting performance targets.(Our ref : SR3920f78010dc567 )
