Project Manager
for a project in Taif, SaudiArabia.

We are looking for a Project Manager, see below.
• This needs to be man of an age not younger than 40 years old.
• Single status contract.
• Possibility of long term contract, depending on future workload.
• Comes directly on our payroll.

Responsibilities

The facilities covered by this project comprise a major modernization/replacement of systems
whereby the emphasis of the works lays on the replacement of Command, Communications and
Control (C3) systems and restitution of Mechanical and Electrical systems, such as Fire&Rescue,
Refueling, HVAC, Generators etc.
The facilities are designed for dual system redundancy and must accordingly be fully available to
ensure that the designed operational function is provided at all times.
ln many instances, this protection is lacking due to equipment being redundant as a result of their
age or not being in a serviceable condition and there is a confirmed requirement to refurbish the
facilities.

Requirements

Operations o Translate the Company / Project objectives, policies and requirements into a Project
Plan; o lmplement the Project Plan and monitor performance against Project Plan
parameters, coordinate and follow-up areas of concern, analyze trends, takes
corrective action and report; the Company Quality Management System is certified to
ISO 9001-2008 and all projects work in compliance with same. o Manage all operational activities on site including subcontractors and suppliers; o Liaise with Client and cooperate with operational requirements for phasing of work
from time to time whilst safeguarding Company's interest.
