Administrative Assistant
- Scheduling appointments and meetings and organizing projects and conducting research.
- Team Player
- MS Office Skills
- Answering phone calls and assisting to every day office operational tasks
- Handling and preparing all invoices
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
- Support staff in assigned project based work.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
|
| - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type between 35-50 wpm.
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Malaysian Citizen
