Responsibilities
|
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Will be working with the Marketing & Accounting Team hand in hand for the project coordination
Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
• Planning and scheduling meetings or appointments; organizing hard copy and electronic files, conducting research and managing projects of the execom.
• Will be in charge for clients portfolio and coordination
Support staff in assigned project based work.
• Other duties as assigned. |
Qualifications
|
* Bachelor's or diploma degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management or other
related field.
* Computer literate; organized and a self-starter.
* Good writing, analytical and problem?solving skills.
* Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and
general administration.
* Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
* Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to computers,telephone systems, copiers and facsimile machines.
* Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
* Applicant must be willing to render over time if needed
* Applicant must be willing to travel as there will be road shows from time to time
