Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommending on the award of construction contracts
• Assisting of Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters
• Ensure compliance with appropriate procurement procedures
• Preparing of valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flows

Requirements

• Min Diploma holder in Building/ QS
• Minimum 3 years experience in main contractor firm
• Might need to go site evalution/meeting
