Sales Manager

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION Summary of position * To lead the sales team in the area to achieve targets set by the management Major responsibilities * To achieve companies order intake targets set for the area * To liaise with different departments in head office like Engineering, F & A, operation during various stages of the project. Authorization * Assign Sales Engineers in team to achieve the target. * Cooperate with HRD to select Sales Engineer team.

Requirements

Type of Experience: Sales & Marketing Area of experience : * Preferably in selling Steel Structures or PEBs. * Candidates having experience in selling capital goods in Construction Industry or having experience is selling Building Materials are also preferred. * Candidates should be in a position to handle sales function independently and shall be responsible for achieving the set targets. * Candidates should have good contacts with leading architects, consultants and major EPC contractors. * Preference will be given to those having Business Education level and experiences * Male or female * Around 35 – 40 years of age * Civil/Construction Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or related major * Around 10- 15 years construction/ Capital goods, experience in P.E.B industry is an advance

Qualifications

Administration/Management qualification. Skills * Fluency in English speaking. * Good leadership skills. * Preferably a local candidate with strongly relationship in Construction/investor * Able to operate office independently and shall achieve business target Abilities * Able to work under high pressure * Management sales team Personalities * Leadership skill and management skill * Opened- mind * Team work
