Genesis Recruitment Agency Ltd is looking for a Branch/Registered Manager to manage and operate the Branch office located in Palmer’s Green.
The Branch/ Register Manager will:
Organise and operate the Branch / Office and Training in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Genesis Recruitment Agency Ltd’s Policies and Procedures.
Enable Service Users to continue to live in their own homes through the provision of quality Home Care services appropriate to their individual needs.
Conform to the UKHCA and GSCC Codes of Professional Conduct in relation to the operation of Genesis Recruitment Agency Ltd – Domiciliary Care Division.
Ensure that all Staff Members contribute to the best of their ability to create of an atmosphere conductive to the best interests of Clients.
The ideal candidate will:
Be an effective communicator
Work using their own initiative
Have good people management skills
Demonstrate good leadership qualities
