COMMERCIAL LOAN RESTRUCTURING SPECIALIST I $60K-$80K
Essential duties and responsibilities will be negotiating resolutions of delinquent loans, which may include but not be limited to modifications, discounted payoff, legal actions to protect the interest of the lender, designing and implementing a workout (rescheduled / forbearance) loan payment plan, perform on-site inspections and maintaining rela¬tionships with brokers that may become involved with a loan workout situation. Qualifications: BA in busi¬ness administration, finance, real estate or related fields with a strong record of academic achievement. 1-3 years experience with commer¬cial loan workouts, commercial real estate lending experience helpful, but not necessary, excellent inter¬personal, organizational skills, good negotiating and analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team and proficiency in Excel modeling preferred.
