Responsibilities
|
• Responsible for daily accounts recording functions
• Assist in overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records
• Meticulous, data detail conscious and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Responsible and manage petty cash, float, record, reconciliation and prepare monthly summary.
• Monitor, prepare, record claims by employees, business expenses, etc and produce monthly report.
• Open, sort and distribute general incoming correspondences, phone calls, emails, faxes, memos, submissions, reports, maintain filing systems and retrieve corporate documents, records, reports, etc.
• Any other duties assigned by the company as and when deemed necessary. |
Requirements
|
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, LCCI or Diploma.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Merlimau, Melaka, Malaysia.
• Full-Time positions available. |
