Product Development & Production Manager
1. Develop and implementing SOP and GMP
2. Evaluation of existing product capacity and proposed new expansion needs.
3. Conduct in-house training and recruiting of staffs
4. Total four positions needed:-
4.1 Sandwich bread, buns and cream rolls
4.2 Butter and marble cake, sponge cake and chiffon cake
4.3 Long shelf life cake
4.4 Cookies and extruding snacks

Responsibilities
|
1. Overall in-charge of existing production management
2. Department structure design, organized manpower and implement proper operating system
3. Production process monitoring and control
4. Evaluation existing and future development needs |
Requirements
|
1? Bakery & confectionery production with hand on experience of sandwich bread, buns, cream rolls,butter cake, sponge cake, chiffon cake, long shelf life cup cake, cookies etc.
2. Candidate must willing to work in Myanmar
3. For oversea employee, company provide accommodation and transport to factory
4. Yearly two round trips back to home for employee paid by company
5. Employment contract on yearly renewal basis
6. Salary depend on candidate experiences of the above product category |
Qualifications
|
1. Diploma or higher education
2. Food production ISO, HACCP, GMP and food technical background
3. Prefer well speaking and written of English
4. Basic computer application, emails, Excel and Words worksheet etc. |
