RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will develop and support the hosted IVR applications running on various platforms. The IVR platforms include Nuance Voice Platform (VXML Nuance Voice Recognition - SunOS, Oracle), IBM WebSphere VR (AIX, DB2), IBM DirectTalk, and Intervoice.
Will develop and support the software deployment for small to enterprise scale IVR applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
With extensive experience on the following:
Java JEE, including exposure to Struts, Spring, and Aspect Oriented Programming frameworks
Developing applications for deployment within a WebLogic container; experience with configuring and troubleshooting WebLogic installations
Data connections (EJB, JDBC) to enterprise databases (e.g. Oracle) within highly availability configurations (RAC, IP failover, load balancers, etc.)
XML experience (preferably VXML); developing speech applications using the Nuance toolset would be preferred
Structured testing particularly JUnit for unit test scripts and Assembly Testing
Providing support for QA Team through SIT and UAT
CM Tools (CVS, SVN, ClearCase, etc.) and release management activities
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be willing to start immediately
Must be open to work on a shifting schedule
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
