Our Client a leader in the Brewering Industry worldwide requires for immediate recruitment the following a suitable candidate for the position of Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES GENERAL • Manage Human Resources • Manage plant, process and systems • Manage productivity • Translate and implement Manufacturing and business strategies • Manage occupational health, safety and risk • Management of interfaces, environmental factors, attitudes and perceptions within SABMiller

Requirements

• Five years experience in Brewing / Process or related field at senior line management • Plan resources requirements and implementation of strategic objectives • Understanding of process control within a brewing/process environment • Assertive and analytical • Proven leadership ability • Good understanding of the principles and practices of Manufacturing Excellence

Qualifications

• 12 years schooling plus tertiary education
