Production Line Supervisor

Responsibilities

-Product quality improvement. Target for zero defects. Analyze root cause of the problem and give corrective action and its countermeasure.
-Ensure that the work procedures, instructions and standards are being followed by the Line Leader and operators.
-Analyzes production requirement and maintain good line balancing.
-Implement system to upgrade productivity and efficiency.
-Encourage strict implementation of 5s and compliance to shop rules.
-Initiate cost-reduction projects.

Qualifications

-Candidate must be a Graduate of Engineering Course(BSEE, BSECE, BSCOE, BSIE)
-With at least 1 year working experience in electronics company and can handle subordinates.
-Above average A.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Canlubang, Calamba City
