Experienced Croupiers
Our client one of the biggest and most respected Casino operators in Europe are currently recruiting croupiers to work in the flagship Casino on the Rock of Gibraltar, this idyllic setting has a large amount of travellers and locals alive sampling the delights of a wonderful Casino complete with a new Poker Room and luxury restaurant.
Responsibilities
As a Dealer, your role will include:
• Dealing all games, including Poker, to a high standard
• Inspecting all games when required - resolving minor disputes or escalating as appropriate
• Hosting our slots machines areas and electronic gaming areas
• Tracking high value chip movements on tables and taking appropriate action
• Ensuring that all transactions are accurate and fully accounted for

Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour
The ideal candidate must already hold a License and be able to competently deal the full range of games offered.
The ability to demonstrate excellent mental arithmetic skills is also important. You must be passionate about working with our customers and be able to build a good rapport with them - Our Dealers put the customers at the heart of everything they do.
You must have brilliant communication skills and always maintain a professional approach when working with the customers.

We open our Casinos to suit our customer needs - we are open in the evenings and some of our Casinos are open 24 hours a day. Flexibility towards hours of work is a must in this role.
Enthusiasm and exceptional customer service are expected. Fluency in English is required, also advantageous to have another language.

Qualifications

Salary is negotiable dependant on experience up to £15,000 pa Plus tips, Relocation package is offered if required including 1 way flight and 3 months free accommodation.
Applicants must hold and provide a copy of a current PFL issued by the British Gambling Commission or similar.
