Responsibilities

You will be able to demonstrate a strong Hospitality Management background, will have excellent communication skills, speak English and be immaculately presented. With a strong Hospitality background in a similar five star environment you will have proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, have excellent organisational and time management skills and be able to balance your own workload.

Requirements

Qualifications/Education & Languages/Desirable Skills:

Hospitality experience
strong guest orientation Highly responsible. At least one year experience in the international hospitality industry
Previous experience in a similar role is essential with 5 star hotel/resort exposure highly desirable.
NVQ3 will be an advantage.
Trained in ESPA, ELEMIS, THALGO will be an advantage.
English is preferred
Any other language is most welcome
The hours of work are on a shift basis five days out of seven including weekends. The earliest start time is 6.45am and the latest finish time is 11.15pm.

In return for your commitment to delivering five star service and standards, we offer excellent training and development opportunities in addition to other benefits such as hotel discounts, uniforms and meals on duty. A net salary in the range £1,800 – £9,000 (GBP) monthly depending on job position and level of experience. Other employment benefits includes Medical Treatment, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Personal Life and Accident Insurance and other company's employee incentives and bonuses.
