HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Qualifications

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management , Psychology or equivalent.
• With at least 7 years managerial experience with the different areas of human resources.
• Must be adept to the Labor Law provisions.
• Highly analytical, sound decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
• Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

Position Responsibilities
• Manage our Employee Services Group, which handles administration of benefits, daily meals in the company pantry, outings, and employee concierge services;
• Manage our Human Resources Group.
