Construction Project Engineer – San Francisco to $65K
A prestigious real estate firm is seeking a top notch Construction Project Engineer. The position will be responsible for maintaining the Construction Plan Room, including the set up and maintenance of plan stick sets and files, scanning and digitally archiving all construction plans and close out documents, processing, archiving and distributing the close out packages related to completed projects, coordinate the reprographic needs of the Realty Staff, maintain the Construction Plan Room library, assist Project Managers with the planning and construction for the remodeling and tenant improvements of the existing corporate portfolio, assist Project Managers with the coordination of Architecture and Engineering for tenant improvement and other capital projects, assist with checking of plans as required by the asset management division, assist in the preparation of Tenant Approval letters as required by the project managers, assist with preparation of project budgets as required by the Project Managers and perform light project management as assigned. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have an entry level understanding of AutoCAD. Position will perform other duties as assigned and primary back up for Contract Administrator as needed.
