Our client provides independent and professional mortgage advice to those seeking home loans. The entire process of taking home loan - managing the documentation to disbursal is handled by the client. It takes care of the home financing process while purchasing the home.
Designation: Manager - HR.
Reporting to: Director.
Location: Mumbai.

Responsibilities
|
1. To ensure timely recruitment of required level / quality of Management staff, other business lines staff with appropriate approvals, in order to meet business needs.
2. Focusing on Employee Retention.
3. Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels.
4. To maintain and develop leading edge HR systems and processes to address the effective. management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage for:
a) Performance Management
b) Staff Induction
c) Reward and Recognition
d) Staff Retention
e) Joining formalities
f) Payroll
5. To facilitate Training & Development of staff.
6. Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development. |
Requirements
|
1. 3 to 4 years experience in the similar background.
2. Excellent Communication & A pleasing personality.
3. Age - Not more than 38 years. |
Qualifications
|
