We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Country/Regional Logistics Cell Manager position to manage logistics operations related to import and export compliance and the cost effective transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will have international and domestic freight experience over land, air and sea. This position is based in Wolomin, Poland.

Responsibilities

As Country/Regional Logistics Cell Manager, you will:

· Manage local transport programs including transport network and regulatory compliance, supplier development and performance programs; implement Country/Regional Logistics Center

· Manage logistics costs through process improvement reviews and other analysis to identify freight consolidation opportunities and other cost reduction initiatives; negotiate and administer third party contracts

· Develop, manage and implement processes and guidelines for shipping in all modes of transportation, domestic distribution and import/export; responsible for full customs, trade control and transport regulatory compliance

· Develop and maintain an effective, well trained, highly motivated Logistics team; ensure safe operations and technical integrity

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent

· Extensive domestic and international freight experience (land, air, sea)

· Extensive import/export regulation and compliance experience at the local and international level

· Dedicated, process-oriented team player with people management skills with the ability to work under pressure

· Polish language skills preferred
