Global Impact Staffing is a privately owned executive search company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The company was founded in 1998 to find professionals to meet the staffing/recruiting needs specifically for staffing/recruiting companies.
Our client is seeking a selling branch manager to lead their temp, engineering, and commercial staffing office. Candidate will have been a top tier staffing business development manager for a minimum of 4 years and then a productive sales manager, branch manager, or area manager having led a minimum of 2 BDM’s and 3 recruiters.
As a selling branch manager of staffing services, you will oversee the day to day operations of the branch and be an active participant in its revenue growth. You must have a hunter mentality and be able to demonstrate an ability to open new accounts while growing the branch’s current client base.
You will also be responsible for leading and training your sales team while overseeing the recruiters’ daily activities. As a way of leading your team, you will be asked to carry a bag and sell new accounts. If you have been successful as a selling branch manager or selling sales manager, you will find this opportunity to your liking. An understanding of P&L sheets and an ability to figure quarterly projections is required.

Pay Rate: Annual base salary $70-80K
