This position is directly responsible for the delivery of offshore-based IT recruitment services to our clients in the US. The role will cover different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing and pre-assessment.

The role will likely expand over time to include candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement.

We seek intelligent, highly motivated, committed individuals with 2-3 years of technical recruitment experience in a search firm setting or a reputable corporate setting to fill this position. The role is an individual contributor role that reports to a recruitment team leader.

The role will involve regular and direct contact with overseas candidates.

Candidates must be willing to work the night shift and will have a strong undergraduate degree.

This role does involve the use of the internet and telephones as communication tools but this is not a call center job. We seek applicants with a binding interest in recruitment as a specialty and who seek to make a career in the field.

Requirements
Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent. • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a search firm or the recruiting department of a multinational company • Strong interest in recruitment as a career. We are open to select candidates with BPO experience who can articulate why recruitment would be of interest to them • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
