Responsibilities
|
Responsible for account management and revenue enhancement initiatives
Study, Analyse customer usage behaviour and implement appropriate programs customized to usage patterns to enhance usage and revenues
Manage business relationships with Clients through regular interaction via client meetings & conference.
Interact with External ( Corporate VAS teams, circle VAS managers, Heads etc., with content partners) and Internal teams - establish and manage relationships
Implement control systems leading to efficiency and performance
Deploying systems and MIS to ensure that productivity and quality norms are met consistently, in line with business requirements while enhancing the customer experience and gaining better returns |
Requirements

Functional
Should have good flair for client coordination
Good working knowledge of MS-Access, Excel. |
Qualifications
|
Education and Experience
Graduation is essential and an MBA in Marketing is desirable
1.5-4 years of relevant work experience |
