Head Chef – Croyden – UK
The role will require you to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen in order to consistently enable a high standard of food production. You will also be responsible for ordering food and beverage items from nominated suppliers and constantly controlling stock. You will be required to actively ensure that dishes for both the brasserie and conferences/events are produced to a consistently high standard in order to not only meet but, to exceed customer expectations. You will be given the freedom to compile banqueting menus and to experiment with new dishes. You will need to be able to meet company standards of gross profit per week, maintain our health and safety procedures and manage wage cost targets.
The successful Head Chef will have experience in a similar role, either as a head chef or a sous chef with a passion for providing excellent quality food.
Age not more than 35 years
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
It is unlawful to work in the UK without a valid permit, Kindly note that the employer will not sponsor for the candidate and the expenses would be borne by the candidate. Only such candidate need respond.
