Responsibilities
|
Job Description:
• The shift manager is responsible for supervising all activities in the gaming floor in accordance with company procedures, rules, management policy and gaming regulations.
• Verify and sign fills and credits
• Handle all irregularities and disputes that cannot be handled by a table game supervisor
• Supervise hard and soft count for table games and slot departments
• Supervise F & B cash drops
• Report abnormal or suspicious activity to surveillance and/or security
• Approve all casino staff schedules
• Protect employees and customers
• Good starting salary and substantial bonus based on performance. |
Requirements

Job Requirements:
• Knowledgeable of all casino games
• Knowledgeable of dealer procedures
• Knowledge of inside/outside cheating scams
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer knowledge
• Ability to conduct meetings, motivate employees, and write reports
• Verifiable casino experience
• Ability to work with Asian people, particularly Cambodian
• Ability to work in Asian environment and understand the Asian Culture
• Ability to work in Poipet
• Able to understand how to work in Asian environment and culture
• Experiences in set-up the casino system in Far East Asia Area will be advantage
• Ability to work in POIPET, Kingdom of Cambodia |
