Mechanical Engineer

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experienced employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Experienced in mechanical piping and installation, especially in pipe laying (SS & HOPE pipes) is required for this position.
• Knowledge and skills in the planning, specification, design procurement and commissioning of mechanical equipment for projects in water, or process industries.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (certificates) in water-related subjects, such as, chemical dosing, Safety at Work, First Aid, hydraulics, water treatment, etc.
• Must possess lead skills in mechanical engineering and have strong secondary skills in electrical engineering and used to working with compressors/blowers, agitators, diesel generators, pumps (including submersible pumps), actuators, electrical control panels and systems (familiarity with PLC systems is very desirable), valves and pipe-work, etc.
• Experience in water industry and preferably previous experience in mechanical design of water / wastewater treatment plants and water / wastewater networks.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cabuyao,Laguna.
