Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Assist the Recruitment Manager in establishing processes to ensure a steady workflow of tasks delivered by the team
Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize and organize clients requisition and to fulfill business objectives
Ensure that all service level agreement with clients are met
Assist in managing and coordinating the efforts of Recruitment with all other departments to ensure that their actions conform to the company’s policies and procedure in talent acquisition
Ensure recruitment targets are within the set timetables so as to maintain the integrity and state of the Recruitment department
Ensure that established rules, procedures, and policies of the department and the company as a whole are strictly observed by all members of the department
Assist the Recruitment Manager in providing and uphold clear guidelines in Recruitment
Ensure that all coordination and communication requirements are met consistently, appropriately and correctly.
Responsible for continued business and overall profitability of the company
Manage the performance of the team
Promote a positive work environment that contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity of the workforce
Actively develops new sourcing strategies
Keep Recruitment Manger informed of any performance issues
Implement and monitor KPIs set for team members of the department
Initiate process improvements
Active and timely update of recruitment system and other tools: Portal and other hiring tool |
Requirements

Requirements:
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field
At least 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager for Recruitment
Familiarity with key human resource areas specifically, recruitment and sourcing
General working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and must be able to handle database systems
Aggressive, goal-oriented on given targets and can work with minimum supervision and willing to learn
Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and highly organized and able to multi-task
Has keen attention to detail and a propensity for accuracy |
