Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of PM Operations:
• Directly responsible in supervising of all the administration, security, housekeeping and technical services personnel.
• Ensure that all company policies, management systems and procedures are in place and strictly implemented.
• Make recommendations to the building Owner/Developer/Association for refurbishment/upgrading/repair and maintenance of the property.
• Responsible for the proper handling, safeguarding, monitoring and effective use of client’s funds and assets.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration. However, graduates of other courses but with relevant work experience are also accepted.
• With at least 5 years working experience in the property management business
• With extensive knowledge in handling vertical properties, of residential occupancy.
• Strong background in safety and emergency preparedness, and able to draw up FALAR
• Proficient in preparing reports, plans and targets with superior verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
• Thoroughly patient in dealing with customer feedback, action oriented and with excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of maturity, initiative and computer literate
• A background in ISO Quality Management System and Environmental Management System is an advantage.
• Male or Female, not exceeding 45 years of age
• Willing to work from Mondays through Saturdays
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Full-time positions available.
