Responsibilities

The jobholder shall be responsible for the management for the inventory of Commissary products. Specifically ensures that items are designated to be produced on time and adheres to the quality set by the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
1-2 years experience in related job
knowledgeable in commissary production roles and functions
knowledgeable in working with food production and maintaining food safety
knowledgeable in Food production techniques

Qualifications

BFAD, DTI, DOH, and other pertinent law/jurisprudence affecting food and restaurant service
Abreast with latest trends and developments in Food Management
Working knowledge of the Food Industry
Kitchen & Bakeshop equipment tools operations and management
