Pastry Chef – Chef (Spanish, French & Italian) – Bath - UK
The client is a chain of restaurants in Bath, Birmingham, Stratford, and Peterborugh, Wimbledon etc., in the UK.
They are looking for an established PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE with at least Five years experience as a pastry Chef
(Must have 5 years experience as in similar capacity )
Overseeing kitchen staff
Ordering supplies
Producing baked goods
Decorating and plating various pastries and desserts
Keeping the kitchen organized
Must be well trained in a variety of pastry arts including candies, chocolates, cream fillings, cakes, breads, pastries, and other desserts
Responsible for creation of baked goods and desserts applicable to the restaurant menu.
Able to prepare a wide variety of desserts and bread items from scratch.
May be required to train or supervise others.
May be required to assume the role of supervisor in his or her absence.
Responsible for inventory and cost control.
Responsible for recipe creation and menu innovation.
Ability to work in a team-driven environment, take direction, offer direction and assist with problem-solving.

Must be able to speak Italian/Chinese/French (to interact with other employees) alongwith English
Age not more than 35 years
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
