Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The successful candidate will: assess and identify the Vascular needs of patients with renal failure; procure, deliver and coordinate services for the patient in the Office-based Surgical facility focused on Surgical and interventional procedures for the dialysis patient population. Coordinate the Surgical care intervention with the Outpatient dialysis facility.
