Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

Produce daily work schedule based on overall schedule.
Mobilize resources to implement the drawn up detail schedules.
Supervise manpower and machinery at site.
To check and highlight to management on material wastage.
Coordinate with sub-contractor to ensure schedules are completed in time and specified quality.
Setting out and control level as per drawings.
Report incident /accident that occurs at project site to superior
Ensure all employees use personnel protective equipment at all times
To receive, store, record and issue material to sub-contractors and workers
Marking workers attendance and supervising their daily activity.
Ensure that the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health (QESH) Management System is adhered to at all times.

Requirements

Must be able to read and interpret building and infrastructure plans.
Setting out and control levels.
Able to take off quantities
Hands-on experience in managing and supervising workers of various nationalities in architectural works.
Those without required qualifications but with proven track records of hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
Good Health
Must have own transport
Malaysian Citizen

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma Architectural or Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory works at the construction sites. Preferable in Housing project.
