Sous Chef/Line Cook – Japanese Restaurant – London - UK
Contemporary Japanese Restaurant is looking for experienced Sous Chefs or strong line cooks with the drive to excel, to join their team in Miami.
Client offers a sophisticated cuisine philosophy of flavorsome, modern Japanese dishes in a fun and vibrant environment inspired by the informal Japanese dinning style
The client is currently recruiting to increase the team size.
Candidates should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver client's unique product and superior attention to detail. It is essential that they work as a team player, yet are self driven and knowledge hungry.
Successful candidates must be confident and at ease in a high end, high volume environment. They must be able to remain calm under pressure, and perform at a consistent high level at all times.
Age not more than 35 years
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
