Procurement & logistic Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and lead construction Procurement strategies.
• Lead Procurement Projects in the selection, qualification, contracting and follow up of suppliers need for the construction Projects.
• Manage logistic activities to improve delivery time and cost performance for Direct Material Suppliers (electrical, raw material, mechanical and electro-mechanical, plumbing, automation, systems and other goods and services).
• Lead the issue resolution and root-cause analysis processes associated with supplier quality issues.
• Assist Sourcing Managers in qualification activities associated with new suppliers, and re-qualify existing suppliers.
• Be an expert on Logistics and Procurement Processes and Tools – and perform training and implementation of tools for suppliers and/or internal personnel.
• Support efforts to fully realize cost savings opportunities
• Develop and manage suppliers to achieve specific goals, especially time related.
• Manage and negotiate supply agreements in support of overall Project goals and objectives
• Utilize collaborative (win-win) negotiation approach to achieve goals and strengthen partnership relations.
Candidate Requirements:
• 10-15 Years of experience in commercial, logistics, or contract management positions for large construction projects such as Pump Station projects.
• Strong knowledge of international sourcing, logistics, category management experience, broad base of commodity experience; regulatory knowledge including knowledge of emerging regulations; global supplier quality experience; construction projects exposure; process knowledge; supplier, industry and market research and benchmarking.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and research skills.
• Highly self-motivated, dynamic and focused on results
• Demonstrated leadership skills including interpersonal relationship building, team facilitation, coaching and mentoring, performance management and positive reinforcement.

SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN & ON SITE ENGINEER
Duties & Responsibilities
• Design and analysis review of mechanical and plumbing systems such as: waste manhole networks, underground piping networks, HVAC and its components (air handlers, fan coil units, piping, ductwork, pumps), fire sprinkler piping, tanks, Heat exchangers, piping components.
• Provide design calculations and shop drawings for the review and approval by consultant.
• Produce and / or review, utilizing Auto CAD, shop drawings and track its progress in field.
• Track critical tasks/milestones, and keep mechanical systems manager abreast of all progress, changes, and potential problems areas involved in the proper engineering and installation.
• Respond to inquiries of client and engineering firm.
• Lead the provision of as built drawings and operations & maintenance documents. Hand over to client.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proficiency in Auto CAD.
• Ability to work independently and/or with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong engineering and design skill of mechanical and plumbing systems and components.
• Ability to work with the entire design and production team, and to communicate well with subcontractors/client.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills and experience.
• Layout and details portions of projects using schematic layout.
• May be assigned responsibility for schematic or conceptual layouts.
• Provide drawing for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in drawings by Designers/Drafters.
• Research design options and document findings for project lead engineer.
• Review shop drawings.
• Develop probable construction cost estimates for his/her projects within the department.
• May direct and supervise other Designers/Drafters activities.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, etc.
• Handle routine contract administration.
• Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents.
• Attend and participate in Client meetings.
• Perform field activities such as observe and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements within project area.

Senior Electrical Design & on Site Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities
• Carrying out feasibility studies for new technical innovations.
• Drawing up plans and specifications for projects, using computer-assisted engineering and design software.
• Coordinating technicians and craftspeople.
• Testing installations and systems, and analyzing data.
• Making sure projects meet electrical and construction safety regulations.
• Carrying out front end engineering, detail design and shop drawings of all the electrical equipments required for the construction project of large water / sewerage Pumping Stations: develop single line diagrams, equipment layout drawings, calculations for selection of required switchgears, transformers, protection relays, cables, lightening protection & ear thing system, UPS system, DC supply etc.
• Good Knowledge of the International codes & standards.
• Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and clients.
Candidate Requirements
• Proficiency in Auto CAD.

Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities:
• To support the Contract Administrator with all the payment application related to civil works.
• Prepare BOQ recapitulation; prepare monthly financial affairs report; maintain progress schedule and cash flow chart; and prepare and maintain interim and final pay certificates.
• Evaluate unit rates for new items of works, and assist Contract Administrator in preparation of variation orders and evaluating claims.
• Review all correspondence and liaise with Contract Administrator on identifying variations.
• Attend critical variation account, final account and critical Client meetings.
Qualifications/Skills:
? Bachelors or Higher Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline. A professional designation in quantity surveying (RICS) is highly recommended. Prior experience of working on heavy construction projects, preferably Pump station projects, is an advantage.
? Minimum 2 - 3 years successful track record of consistent achievement in previous quantity survey roles, preferably in the UAE or Middle East.
? Knowledge of FIDIC or FIDIC styled contracts is highly advantageous.
? Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other applicable software. Proficiency in Primavera is preferred.
? Fluent in written and verbal English. Fluency in Arabic language preferred but not essential.
Quantity Surveyor Technician

Qualifications/Skills:

Draftsman
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and prepare complete and accurate scaled CAD shop drawings, general arrangement drawings and As-Built drawings in close coordination with Project Engineer, Site Engineers and Surveyor, as per the Project CAD Standards, and obtain Consultant’s approval.
• Liaise with Project Engineer, Site Engineers and/or Surveyor to obtain all information required for preparation of such drawings.
• Revise computer-aided designs and plans to comply with modified specifications during actual construction.
• Maintain accurate digital drawing file storage.
• Maintain regularly updated as-built drawings and records for handing over on completion of the project.
• Study drawings received from the Consultant and assist Quantity Survey Engineer in material take-offs and preparation of BOQ.
• Coordinate the submission of CAD drawings from various subcontractors and check for compliance with Project CAD Standards.
• Preparation of bar bending schedules and masonry drawings as per applicable BS standards.
Qualifications/Skills:

• Maintaining quality records for the laboratory
• Supervising and Training of technical staff

Qualifications/Skills:
