Design and develop new backend services to support new features for the vshow platform. Development using Java XML Bindings, EJB3 Stateless Session Beans and Java Persistence APIs. Build new xml-over-http services to be used by our browser based flex client. Develop solutions which are scalable and high-performance using cluster-wide caching solutions as Coherence Grid and working with oracle database SQL queries to improve the performance.

Requirements
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely-related field of concentration Experience Requirement: 5 years progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or Java Developer related occupation Specific Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely-related field of concentration plus 5 years progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or Java Developer related occupation. Experience must include 1) Core Java Development including JSP and Servlets; 2) Java Enterprise Development including EJB3 and JPA; 3) XML and XSLT; 4) Mentoring junior team members; 5) Development frameworks including Hibernate and Spring and 6) JMS. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training and experience.
