Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Reports to Construction Superintendent.
2. Translate 3-week look ahead schedule into daily work activities to his Foremen.
3. Implements project safety and quality requirements.
4. Responsible for continuous daily needs of construction materials, tools and equipments for his Foremen.
5. Responsible for implementation of construction methodologies and procedures.
6. Responsible in translating parameters in lay-man's term.
7. Implements corrective action on productivity variances.
8. Implements disciplinary action for violations on project rules and regulations.
9. Generates daily site diaries to support claims.
10. Accountable for profitability and on time delivery on his area of responsibility.

30 to 40 y/o
10 years of experience
