To Provide Feasibile and cost effective solution for the customer requirement, within stipulated timelines.

Understanding the customer requirement and designing the solution with the best access method and equipment.

Select appropriate options in workflow as per design so that required activities for delivery are tiggerred.

Determine leadtime and cost associated with a design.

Plan optimal route for delivering the circuit and reserve appropriate inventories.

Understanding and compliance of various Management System applicable & Implemented in the Organisation.

Co-ordinate with all the stake holders for effective and efficient delivery

Managing and motivating the team.

Meeting all the delivery related targets as set by the organization

Co-ordinate with all the stake holders for effective and efficient delivery

Generating MIS reports & Handling Escalations.

Continuous process improvement plans, Knowledge sharing,etc.

3 – 5 Yrs experience in Telecom Service Delivery Process

Qualifications

Education & Technical / Professional Certificates

Bachelor in Engineering – Electronics or Electronics & Communications

ITIL foundation or better preferred

CCNA ( Mandatory)

Key Skills

Experience on various NMS or EMS systems(Alcatel 1641SX, Nortel (STM 1/4/16/64), Marconi OMS 16XX series,OMS 3255 etc.)

Good understanding of transmission/transport concepts and system. Experience in the different technologies of Transmission: SDH, DWDM, etc.

Good understanding of ISP Operations and Routing, Internet BGP Architecture, MPLS VPNs in a service provider environment.

Mandatory Competencies

SDH, DWDM, IP, Voice

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
