One Source of NC, LLC is working with an architectural/engineering design firm in the Durham area and they have an immediate opportunity for an Electrical Designer. This person must be proficient with Revit and have a minimum 3 years experience in commercial building design. This is for a 90 day project; salary will depend on experience.

Responsibilities

In general, the electrical design candidate will specify and design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunications systems for commercial and institutional facilities. Facility types include pharmaceutical and science laboratories, detention facilities, information technology facilities, and corporate office facilities. The candidate should have a good knowledge of the NEC, NFPA, and the International Building Code (IBC).
