Responsibilities
|
| Conduct telemarketing activities professionally through the phone. Reach out to existing and new bank customers to promote various consumer bank’s products and delivering efficient service to customers through phone calls. Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve committed targets in the relevant bank’s products through the phone calls. Training will be provided for fresh graduates. |
Requirements

| 1. To communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia or any of the two languages.
2. Good telephone etiquette and communication skills Performance driven Team player with high initiative and motivation. |
Qualifications
|
| Diploma/Degree in Business & Management. |
