Responsibilities
|
| Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Operations with regards to call center job requirements.
Source and screen candidates, from staff level to management positions.
Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews, assessing funtional and organizational fit of applicants.
Perform background check to shortlisted candidates.
Provide feedback to candidates regarding hiring status.
Propose and implement recruitment projects as needed. |
Requirements

| Skills Required: Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
Atleast 2 years of work experience in Human Resources.
Must have excellent English communication skills.
Call center Recruitment background is a plus. |
