You're empowered to do your best! Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us support, compile and report key information! Drive processes and technology improvement initiatives for the products, using standard project methodology (requirements, design, test, etc.). Use data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients. Engage users in analysis and evaluation of functional models and prototypes; identify dependencies and priorities. Evaluate technology applications for use by the user community. Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization
• Identify issues and challenges, lead/facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified
• Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data
• Define appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance model
• Presenting project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to resolve the issue.
• Manage Bright Idea program.
• Responsible for process trainings deployment which includes training need identification, preparation of training decks and training delivery.
• Collaborate well with US quality & operations teams
• Responsible for the Quarterly QMS release, release communication and conducting the refresher session if required.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement of QMS |
Requirements

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Must have mentored GB projects.
• PMP / MBA preferred
• Candidates must have IT background
• Mentor six sigma projects using DMADV, DMAIC and Lean.
• Six Sigma Tools, viz., Process Mapping, FMEA, GAGE R&R, Process Capability, Cause Effect Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Correlation & Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Control Charts, etc.
• Hands on Experience on Statistical tool ? Minitab
• Excellent command over MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
• Results based focused skill set with strong impact and influencing skills.
• Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and process focus
• Progressive, flexible and team oriented person required.
• Excellent training and presentation skills
• Candidates must have 3 plus years of Six Sigma implementation experience and overall
• Total experience should be between 7 years to 9 Years. |
