Director, Quality Delivery System Promotion Officer

Responsible for driving the Quality Delivery (QD) System culture change and instilling a consistent management methodology that will deliver optimum overall dashboard performance (Quality, Service, Growth, People, Finance and Community Benefit) while positively affecting the bottom line of the operation. Focus will be on zero defects, eliminating waste, aligning and optimizing resources and significantly improving our patient experience. Serve as QD change agent for developing a culture characterized by consistent discipline, quality focus, transparency and accountability. Work with all levels of the organization. Partner with Sutter Operating System (SOS) Program, West Bay Region leadership and staff resources to integrate proven management philosophy, methods and tools of QD with other programs and initiatives. Create a comprehensive educational plan for the QD management method and tools for all levels of the organization including self study and ongoing education. Accountable for QD System Promotion Office project management results, development of resources and execution of priority projects as defined by the Executive Management Team. Direct North Bay QD System Production Office Team to serve as educators, advocates and advisors on the adopted management methods and tools throughout the organization to foster widespread use and rapid adoption. Ensure alignment of value reporting with SOS Team. Supervises the Managing Consultants for North Bay regions and agency administrative assistants.

Requirements
|
Master’s degree in Health Administration or a closely-related field of concentration.
2 years in job offered or healthcare management related occupation.
Education or Experience must include: 1) Certification in LEAN or LEAN Six Sigma; 2) 2 years active deployment and implementation of a LEAN or LEAN Six Sigma program; 3) Project Management processes and methodologies including phase-gate reviews; 4) Executive level presentations including oral/written/visual; 5) Financial management, operational metrics (including KPI’s); 6) Strategy development and program implementation; 7) Team building and mentoring and 8) Planning and budgeting.
