Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for receiving and reviewing incoming documents; scheduling, docketing and calendaring dates; preparing, filing and serving pleadings and discovery (e-filing in Federal and State courts) and organizing and updating pleading books and indices. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience to assist attorneys in the Commercial litigation practice group. Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited school is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Excellent organization and communication skills needed. Advanced knowledge of Concordance, Summation, Word, Excel, Outlook, computerized calendaring systems and other programs applicable to handling complex litigation matters essential.
