Corporate and Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will handle Business Entity Formation/Organization and ongoing corporate Maintenance/board meetings; Corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions); Securities to include public company SEC filings, both corporate and Section 16 filings; Commercial, industrial or Residential Real Estate purchase or sales, review of contracts, title report and survey as well as preparation of closing documentation.
The candidate will be required to have a Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited school, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience to assist attorneys in the Corporate and Transactional practice group needed. An Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, DeedPlotter, Outlook, computerized calendaring systems and other programs applicable to handling complex corporate and real estate matters required.
