Trust and Estates Paralegal The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in probating estates, administering trusts and preparing estate tax returns. Knowledge of estate Administration software is helpful. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Demonstrated organizational abilities and strong communication skills are required.
