Responsibilities:
? Web based e-commerce application development using .NET technology and Silverlight
? Responsible for application design, application development and systems testing of application related changes to systems
? Systems documentation and liaise with end-users and provisions of technical support
? The Senior .NET/C# developer is responsible of handling all developmental aspects of a project, acting as a mentor, and guiding his subordinates in carrying out application developmental stages.
? Expected to possess leadership skills as well as technical skills in his area of expertise.
? Responsible in establishing a detailed program specifications through discussion with client, clarifying precisely what actions the program is intended to perform, and breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language.
? Expected to devise possible solutions to predicted problems, evaluate other options, work as part of a team to write a specific section of the program, combine all elements of the program design and test it, and test sample data-set to check that output from the program works as intended.
? Senior .NET/C# Developer is accountable to react to problems and correct the program as necessary, install the program and conduct final testing, evaluate the program’s effectiveness, and increase program operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements, as necessary.
? Responsible in conducting user acceptance testing to ensure the program can be used easily, writing detailed documentation for the operation of the program by users and computer operators, consulting technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge, and updating, repairing, modifying and expanding existing software and generic applications.
? Expected to write, modify, and debug software for client applications, use source debuggers and visual development environments, create single-threaded or user interface event driven applications, either a stand-alone and those which access servers or services, and test and document software for client applications. |

? .Net Frame work 3.5/4.0, Multi-tier
? SQL server 2008 – LINQ / T-SQL / Triggers / Stored Procedures
? Visual Studio 2010, Tortoise SVN
? Agile development (Scrum), MVC, WCF, WPF, Patters
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and understand key issues rapidly
? Advances problem solving skills and the ability to define and present innovative solutions |
Qualifications

Qualifications:
? Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
? Preferable 3+ years of lead developer in applications programming and sound software development processes. This will include: analysis, design, coding, unit and integration testing of business applications in an object oriented environment – SDLC
? Understands business logic
? Must have familiarization or at least understanding or experience in banking systems, back office systems and/or HR systems
? Proficiency regarding industry standard programming concepts, procedures and practices
? Effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills
? Experience navigating cross-functional team environments
? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and successfully meet deadlines
? Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
? Certification is a plus
? Good communication skills in English
? Good documentation skills
? Trustworthy, patient, and keen to details
? Hardworking, assertive and can work with minimum supervision
? Willing to work under pressure
? Proficient in oral & written communication
? Hardworking, honest & dedicated
? Filipino Citizen or holds relevant residence status
